Vinyasa Yoga- let your movements follow your breath

I finished my 200hrs vinyasa yoga teaching training in one of the best yoga schools in germany: Lord Vishnu Couch.

Over one year we studied anatomy, philosophy, sanskrit, meditation, chanting and had many hours of teacher trainings and assists.

In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one asana to the next.

My classes are made with a lot of assists, guided shavasana and always a great collection of music and humour :-)

In germany I teach professional athletes (handball/football) and I give private classes in small groups.

I love working 1:1 and improve my students yoga skills.

Invite me for workshops, private lessons or festivals.
